Sleep on it, cuddle it, test it out. If you don't absolutely love your Nimbus pillow within 30 days, send it back for a full refund. No questions, no hassle.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after 30 days have passed from the delivery date. Please make sure you've given your pillow a good try during the risk-free window.
12-Month Warranty
Every Nimbus pillow comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right with the stitching, zip, or fill, we'll replace it — no stress.
How to Return
Email us at hello@nimbussleepingco.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack the pillow in its original packaging if you still have it, attach the label, and drop it at any Australia Post outlet. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
